Nancy is a local area expert in real estate. Nancy spent her youth in Lansingburgh and has been living in Halfmoon since 2013. Nancy’s local expertise extends into various neighborhoods in this area, having lived and worked in Loudonville, Guilderland, Rensselaer County, and Albany for over 25 years.  Nancy’s earned an Associate’s Degree from Hudson Valley Community College, Bachelor of Arts from The State University of NY at Albany, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Nancy background includes 4 years of real estate, working in healthcare and human services, and traveling around the globe as a flight attendant.

Nancy enjoys the Capital Region for all that it has to offer, including nearby skiing, local shopping, and outdoor activities. Nancy has a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in this area.
